Is there anyway to transfer or recover an Educational License for Photoshop Elements 13 and Premiere Elements 13? A coworker of mine used a company credit card and their personal Adobe account to obtain these two apps on behalf of my institution. Then he/she left without disclosing any account information or sharing any of the licensing information. Thus I'm kind of stuck. The License transfer policy clearly states that Educational licenses cannot be transferred between Adobe accounts. But my institution has paid for (and would like to be able to use) these apps which we've paid for but no longer have access to. Any chance someone could advise me? Could Adobe potentially re-license these apps to someone else who is still associated with my institution?
