We installed CS5 Design Premium on a PC last week and it was working fine. Today if you open any of the CS5 products you get an "encountered a problem and needs to close message". For instance if you open Photoshop you get this message: "Adobe Photoshop CS5 has encountered a problem and needs to close". I uninstalled the whole suite and re-installed it. This fixed the problem temporarily but now it's coming up with that message again.

This is running on a Windows XP SP3 32bit OS. 

I also tried updating Adobe Flash (seen that in another forum) but that did not work.  Does anyone have a clue as to why this is happening? 

I am having two files of Adobe Creative Suite 5 Master Collection[Windows] -

1) Disk1.iso - 7.09 GB [7.09 GB after extraction]

2) Disk2.iso - 6.10 GB [6.17 GB after extraction]

NOTE : I am not having the DVDs or CDs of the CS5 master collection. I am just having the files on my hard disk.

I extracted them with WinRAR. After that I got the extracted files of both disks. I navigated to ..../...../Adobe CS5/Disk1/Adobe CS5/Set-up.exe. The Disk1 is having setup files. The Disk2 is having only a folder named 'payloads' and many folders within that too. But there is a folder with the same name on Disk1. But the 'payload' folder of Disk2 is very larger in size as compared to that of Disk1. And there is no such 'set-up.exe' file on Disk2.

The setup (on disk1) runs perfectly. I want to install CS5 master collection completely (I mean that including all the softwares like Ps, Pr, In, Ae, etc. and all other contents). But I am wondering that how can I completely install CS5 Master Collection when only contents of one disk is installed. So, I not installed that because I wanted no problems.

Can anyone tell me that how can I install this software completely? Do I have to copy contents of 'payloads' ( which is on disk2) to the 'payload' folder of Disk1?

Will I require to first burn the ISO files on two separate DVD and then begin installation process? Is the Disk2 just having waste contents?

Please tell me the whole installation process after clicking the "install" button.

Okay,  THis morning I turned on DW, PS, and AI with no problem.  I turned all but DW off.  When I tried to launch PS after lunch, I get this error message "A problem occured with the licensing of this product. Restart your computer and re-launch th eproduct. If this problem still occurs after restarting, contact Customer Supprt for further assistance, and metion the error code shown at the bottom of this screen, Error: 131:4"

I don't have the install disks because I use the trial and and upgraded.  Unless someone knows where I can get the CS5 Install on ADobe.

Please help, I 'm stuck!!

Earlier today I asked what *.exe file I open and in what order they are to be opened in so I can install CS5.5. If someone can please help me I would appreciate it.

I have customers waiting for me to install my files and I am turning down work because the download instructions Adobe provided with my purchase do not match the files I downloaded from the site.

I'm using CS3.  First I was using it on XP.  Got my new computer and have been using it on Windows 7 pro for 6 months now with no problems.  Yesterday my Java updated, and now CS3 suite does not work. 

1st, I got the:  "Licensing for this product has stopped working—You cannot use this product at this time. YOU MUST REPAIR THE PROBLEM BY UNINSTALLING  and then reinstalling this product or by contacting your IT administrator or Adobe customer support for help."  message. 

Since it said to REINSTALL, that's what I did.  Only it would not install. 

Adobe customer service is a joke.  They with their non USA thick accents could not offer any help.  They seemed stupid around this issue.

Then I did a system restore thinking I can go back to "things" before all the drama started. 

Instead of fixing things, I got other message:  "AMT subsystem failure—The licensing subsystem has failed catastrophically.  You must reinstall or call customer support." 

Again, tried to reinstall, and still will not allow me to install. 

PLEASE HELP!  I USE PHOTOSHOP EVERYDAY!

I am trying to install Creative Suite 5.5 Master Collection on my new Sony Vaio, Win 7 Professional 64-bit.

I purchased the software directly from Adobe website and downloaded it.

Upon opening the downloaded file - MasterCollection_CS5_5_LS1 extractor file, the progress follows through to 100%, however upon reaching this, an error message comes up saying:

"A problem occurred while extracting some files. Check available space on your computer and the write priveliges in the destination folder".

I cannot locate the installer log file as there is not one available in the ...installers/.. file.

I have also tried extracting with WinZip and I also receive an error message - I do have the log for the WinZip error:

I also downloaded the Adobe Support Advisor and received two errors regarding "ElementsSTIInstaller".

I tried to play around with directory permissions... no such luck. To be honest I have NO idea how to go about fixing this and would be eternally grateful for any ideas or solutions?!

I wasn't a 100% certain and I don't want to buy the product and not have it work. I am a student but as far as I know that wouldn't effect the specs.

Model: ASUS Notebook K53E Series

Windows 7, Service Pack 1

Processor: Intel Core i3-2350M CPU at 2.3 GHz

Ram: 4 GB

System: 64-bit

I'm not worried about the disk space. I have plenty of that. But I wasn't sure if my processor or ram is enough. Any help is awesome. Thanks.

Production Premium CS6 ?

With Photoshop Lighroom 5 ?

With Acrobat XI Standard ?

With Dreamweaver CS6 ?

So I needed to update a computer to Win 8.1 from Vista to load the new creative suite. I was in a hurry and while I knew I had all my data saved, programs got wiped in the update. I would love to reload, my LICENSED  copy of CS3 Creative Suite Design Premium on to another computer and get the updates. The install went fine and it is activated. I don't have a link to program updates, 10.1 etc... Adobe tech support looks at supplying a link as support and sent me here. Anyone out there have links to the PS, InDesign, Acrobat and Illustrator updates?

I recently removed the creamy yellow tinge to my canvases, but I now seem to have a light blue tinge to it. This occurs in both the 8 bit and 16 bit, but not 32... Any ideas?

I tried to install some trial versions from the CS4 Master trial dvd.

I use Windows 7 64 (msdnaa) and I want to install Adobe CS4 master in my second partition since I have two partitions - c:\ system only, e:\data and programms.

Therefore, I did specify the second partition when installing cs4 master (i.e. e:\program files\ as install directory). However, only the 64bit Version of Photoshop gets installed here. Alle other programms I pick from the master collection DVD are installed in c:\prgoram files (x86)\

That is very anoying since I do not have suficient space on my c drive to host my cs4 programms there.

Is there are workaournd to make sure that all progs get installed in the right spot (e:\program files\)?

I've tried to install today CS5 Design Premium. The installation was without any problems BUT I'm NOT able to open a program!!!

I always get the error message:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe InDesing CS5\InDesign.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

Please contact the application's support team for more information.

Some Utility programs like Bridge or Device Central can be opened but no major application, like InDesign, Photoshop, etc..

I've called with the Adobe Technical Support but they had no knowledge of this problem and can't be of help. Although they recommended me a lot of solutions. The support was fine but no solution worked.

I use Windows XP SP3, 1TB hard drive, 4 GB RAM, Intel Core2 Quad processor. I use divers utility programs to have always a clear system. I had never such a problem before.

Can anyone give me a workable solution?
