Hello!
The support chat told me the i can upgrade from my CS6 Production Premium (retail) to the CS6 Master Collection (retail).
They told me to contact the sales phone, the first lady told me that is possible and that i will get a nice discount - but she has problem with her computer - so i must speak to another person.
But "he" told me, that i can't upgrade because they have only ONE option in the system upgrade to the creative cloud!
Can you confirm this?

Maybe the guy wants me (forcing) to using the CC an not the (retail) master collection...
The thing is, the CC & CS 6 are both available in the future (see website of adobe) so i think something is wrong here...
