I recently ran into a problem with my computer that required a clean re-installation of Windows. I am attempting to re-install my hard copy of Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Production Premium Student and Teacher edition I purchased back when I was in college. Unfortunately I can't locate my serial number, and when I input the product code into Adobe's "Identit-e 2.0" website it says that it doesn't recognize the code. What can I do to fix this problem? I'll install the programs as trials for now, but I really want to clear this up before the trial runs out.
