i have recently bought CS6 but it seems that i have a problem when i am trying to install this onto my laptop
when i start the installation it reaches 2% then comes up saying that there is an inconsitancy in the installer database, I keep on getting 2 errors with the exit code 15

ERROR: DW051: Dependency of session payload {402F6F2E-5683-491C-977D-0CA599A07CAF} Creative Suites CS6 Design and Web Premium 6 has changed.
ERROR: Media DB Error : 12
appreiciate advice or a solution to this problem,
ps. i have already ran the CS cleaner over 5 times
