Trying to install cs3 Master collection on a clean windows XP.
Tried 3 times installing and uninstalling with NO LUCK.
SOME of the master collection loads but Components, Flash, Illustrator, In design, Photoshop and PDF DO NTO INSTALL.
Tried Uninstalling then Re-Install - FAILURE
Tried creating a New User Called "Adobe" and install from there clean - FAILURE
Tried removing residual Adobe directories in the registry after their un-install only partly worked - FAILURE
Called support and they told me to go to Internet expoloer and turn off popup blocker under tools. I was Never using IE...so I thought this strange. They also sair to delete the temp items and delete cookies and uninstall and reinstall ( TWO HOURS OF PROFESSIONAL TIME NOT BILLABLE because of this)
Im going to try this simple thing. The lady in (India) said this should help!
I looked at the technical notes that said to turn off all msconfig startup programs, install CS3 on Safe Mode, Do NOT DO NOT let the CD auto play - you must manually start the install.
There were 20-30 entries in the directory to specifically delete. Ive been there.
Im going to try one more Two Hour uninstall/reinstall round of unproductivity from safe mode, with all startup programs off
and manually starting the disks.

ILL report back here. ADOBE PLEASE be kind enough to fix this. For me, im going onto 13 hours of unproductive re-installs...does any Adobe manager get this kind of customer impact???
